“No country can ever truly flourish if it stifles the potential of its women and deprives itself of the contribution of half of its citizen “. – Michelle Obama
A woman is born leader as they lead their house, family, future, their children, and social life. Historically, what we have seen is that when women achieve power in man’s world they often out – men the men. Nowadays we are watching Kim Jong – Un and Donald Trump are threatening to nuke each other, attacks of the US on Iran, terrorism, and so on. We don’t know what the world would look like if women ruled it, but something’s not working at the moment.
While we can’t say for certain that women would make a better fist of it, or behave any better, what we do know is that when women are in leadership positions or involved in decision-making, societies work better. There are less violence and instability and more peace. Ladies like Indira Gandhi, Smt Pratibha Patil, Nirmala Sitharaman, Sheikh Haseena, Angela Merkel, Helle Thorning, and many more had marked their name in this world as a wonderful leader and proved themselves in this male dominating world.
Fight against Inequality
If women will rule the world, then women will never become the victim of the inequality and the barbarous acts which are very frequent in this world. People can hope of an end to the crimes against women . Many debates regarding reproductive rights, liberalization of abortion laws, and other women’s rights will come to an end. The world is feminism progressive even then also society has a denominating and lower viewpoint for them. In early history, we had studied that men had always enjoyed a superior status.
As they create and rule the empire, women are neglected from that time. Women can enjoy real freedom or interdependence when only if the ruler of society will a woman. “Successful women remain or stay in four walls in a patriarchal society. There is a need for opportunities for women to show their talent and to prove that they are limitless. Women can perform their best from ground level to an international level. The thing is the need to provide a platform for them. ‘Women leaders can indeed be forceful when confronted with violent, aggressive, and dangerous international situations.’ But they can also be aggressive in the cause of peace. It is, indeed, a stereotype to dismiss women as inherently peaceable.
The study found that women leaders were better at taking initiative, displaying integrity, driving for results, practicing self-development, helping others develop, helping inspire and motivate, building relationships, collaborating, being a champion for change, and establishing stretch goals. These areas are all crucial for large and small business success, and great leaders are able to utilize these areas to help each and every employee, including themselves, succeed. When it comes to politics, communication skill is the very first thing that a leader should know better, because it is medium to connect with your followers. Women have a unique ability to think rationally about everything. They have better communication skills than men. These skills give them a unique identify and make them different from male leaders
Our world has been male-dominated since time immemorial. In this male-dominated world, people have become habitual to men leaders. That’s the reason why people still hesitate to be ruled by a woman. That is because women are portrayed as the weaker gender. In other words, those who didn’t possess sufficient qualities that are needed for being a leader.
Men and women possess equal capabilities but what makes women different from men is there approach towards things. Women in comparison to men are much more efficient at handling tough and unprecedented situations. Their subjection to discrimination since birth prepares them for every unexpected situation.
In spite of being called the humans of the 21st century, we fail to provide our women with equal opportunities. With limited opportunities still, women outshine men in every sphere of life. So just imagine the scenario in which they are given equal opportunities. In such a scenario, they can bring the world to its knees and can make it a better place to live in.
